    AWFUL!!!!! DO NOT BUY
    This website is a SCAM. Was supposed to receive flowers from my partner on Valentine’s Day, and my partner was sent an email on the 14th saying that they could not be delivered, and would be rearranged to the 16th. Ended up not receiving them on the 16th either, and had to go and collect them on the 17th. Customer service is non-existent, the phone number does not work and my emails have been ignored. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    This is the worse company. They are scam they never deliver it and no response to your email their phone line never work try to sort it with bank to return my money

    SCAM
    I ordered flowers and balloons for Valentine’s Day from Myflowers, but unfortunately, they were never delivered. This caused significant disappointment and embarrassment. I attempted to contact customer service via phone, email, and Instagram but received no response (I believe they have tampered with their phone to avoid receiving calls). I requested a refund but was unable to reach anyone. While I understand mistakes happen, the lack of communication and difficulty reaching customer service added to my frustration. I hope they would not be able to fool anyone else like me.

    Shocking Service Avoid At All Cost!
    I am incredibly dissatisfied with the appalling service provided by myflowers.co.uk. Despite placing an order for Valentine’s roses well in advance, the roses never materialized. Furthermore, my attempts to seek clarification and resolution through WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls have been met with absolute silence. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill their commitment is utterly unacceptable. I demand a full refund for the undelivered roses and the complete disregard for customer service. The complete lack of accountability and responsiveness from myflowers.co.uk has left me feeling thoroughly disillusioned. I caution others against engaging with this company, as their inability to deliver and their disregard for customer communication is a cause for serious concern. AVOID AT ALL COST!

    FAILED DELIVERY
    I ordered flowers for my partner and MyFlowers UK failed to deliver them or rectify this issue. I received very poor communication regarding this issue and no apology. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    Flowers not received on time
    Bought flowers for my mom’s birthday and they didn’t arrive on time and were 3 (!!) days late and in terrible condition. If you read reviews, the same experience happened to maaany other people, so don’t order, the service is terrible

    Do not use this company
    Used this company once before and although eventually rectified, it was a bad experience. i vowed never to use them again, unfortunately my partner forgot and ordered with them again so i’m back here to share yet another bad experience.

    The quality/size of the flowers they send you is beyond a joke and definitely not worth the money paid. I contacted them in good faith to get a refund and they basically refused and said i should have ordered the premium roses. To paint a picture, I urge you all to pop into your local Aldi, they sell £2.99 roses which are better than what MyFlowers send you. If you go on their TrustPilot page there is a warning they are not on the up and up , avoid at all costs! save your hard earned money, you will get nicer/cheaper flowers at your local Tesco

    I will be reporting this company and raising a case with the consumer ombudsman….i urge anyone who’s had issues to do the same

    I had an initially unpleasant experience with myflowers.co.uk when they were unable to deliver the flowers on the requested day due to a computer glitch. However, I must commend their outstanding customer service, especially Sophie, who went above and beyond to resolve the issue. As a result, I have changed my initial 1-star review to a 5-star rating. It’s refreshing to see a company like myflowers.co.uk willing to rectify their mistakes and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

    Terrible company - Avoid at all costs
    Horrible experience, buyers you have been warned stay away from this delivery service there are far better options out there.

    Order placed, wrong flowers delivered, wrong note delivered. Company don’t respond to chats or complaints. Simply useless and would urge people wanting a special flower delivery to go elsewhere as it could turn into a nightmare

    Ordered flowers
    First time ordering flowers from this company for my girlfriend in Manchester. The delivery from London took one day, I was afraid that the flowers would arrive already wilted, but surprisingly the bouquet looked beautiful. And the price was pleasantly surprised!

    EASY, FRESH, GOOD SERVICE
    I was hesitant to order, considering some of the reviews, but I needed flowers urgently, so decided to give them a go.
    Flowers came on time and fresh, customer service was in contact whenever I reached them, sometimes they replied not straight away, but that’s not an issue at all. Overall, good prices, beautiful flowers, easy to order. Will use them again for sure!

    Great service! Recommended!
    Great service! Very responsive customer support, helped with the choice of bouquet, explained how the delivery will take place. The roses came fresh in excellent condition, my sister was soo delighted!
