    I tried to sold my iPhone 13 128GB (86% battery health, perfect condition, barely used as a second device at home). The initial valuation was £278, which I found fair.

    However, once they received the phone, the offer suddenly dropped to £125, mentioning un existent damages and scratches with no clear explanation. After raising a complaint, the offer was revised first to £150, then to £215. I didn’t accept yet, and instead asked for further clarification — but instead of answering, they simply sent the phone back without any response (september 2nd). In addition as of today september 5th my device cannot be tracked yet with Royal mail and the whereabouts are unknown.

    This was a completely non-transparent and unprofessional process. I felt misled and ignored. If you’re expecting a fair and honest transaction, look elsewhere.

    Sold phone - Payment never came !
    Sold my phone a month ago, with the understanding it was immediate payment once completed inspection. Eventually I just accepted a low price. Then received an email stating I have to wait 7-10 working days for payment, which was 3 weeks ago!!! I have chased and had nothing – holding for over 50 minutes to be cut off. I have reported my phone stolen and contacted trading standards, the police and fraud team. I just want payment for this item Do not send your phones !

    STILL WAITING PAYMENT
    sent phone away and arrived and confirmed my amount on the 7th of August, now 12 working days later, serveral emails ignored, no reply and when you do its cheek and told to wait 7-10 days, even though its been longer.

    Discusting people treat people this way and even worse money supermarket advertise for them.

    Still awaiting payment over 2 weeks
    Sent my Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra. Gave a good price so thought what could go wrong. I so wish that I had read all these reviews as still have not received payment which was by the way reduced after they ran the tests etc.

    AVOID THESE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!
    I sent a iPhone and iWatch to this company on 2nd July.
    They, as expected, lowballed the amount they offered for the devices even though they were kept in cases and covers since purchase. After a back and forward and them upping the offer slightly, I accepted.
    However, after numerous calls and emails and being fobbed off with excuses, this morning I had the misfortune to speak to service representative Jodie TheLiar.
    I had received emails from Jodie TheLiar previously detailing payment was being processed. It is now well beyond the 7 day guaranteed payment window. I am left without items or payment.

    After Jodie TheLiar having just slammed the phone down after asking to speak to her manager or a complaints department, I just spoke to Wendy TheBuckpasser. Wendy detailed ‘theres nothing I can do”, it has been escalated to the payment team which are an external company!

    So, we have a team comprising of Jodie TheLiar, Wendy TheBuckPasser, MattTheBlameshifter who emailed days ago explaining payment would be made.

    Very disappointed, especially as this company was recommended by Martin Lewis.

    Update- Lucy contacted following my negative reviews on their social media posts and payment was made immediately. Lucy is a credit to this awful company and has a bright future in customer services. I only wish id spoken to her a week ago and saved myself 3 hours of calls and multiple emails.

    Poor experience with this company, having to chase payment and dealing with the very rude Jodie was not a pleasant experience. Not recommended and if you must use this company, ask to speak to Lucy, she’s the only one with the ability to make payment it appears.

    I wish I had looked on here first before sending my phone. Half price offered due to some fabricated story of “deep scratches” which appears to be their MO. Requested phone back we will see if I ever get it.

    Do not buy anything from this seller. It’s a scam. He sells the phone with the information “like new” but the phone arrived full of scratches and with a damaged rear camera. And now neither the seller nor Amazon refund the amount I paid for the phone.

    Scammers
    Scammers! Same story as every other review. Good offer, lowered cos it had “scratches, more than one” which I know it didn’t. Accepted the reduced offer because I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. Payment never arrived. Tried ringing, got cut off. E mailed, no response! They have stolen my phone.

    Awaiting payment
    I wish I saw these reviews before. Like all others I sent in an excellent condition iPhone 13 was offered less than Apple offered me for trade in after they received the device but I had them missed the trade in cut off with Apple. After several emails and a phone call and more than 10 working days I still haven’t received payment. I went off trust pilot reviews!

    Complete joke stole my phone
    Offered way below original offer then put up offer twice what a scam when I agreed said money had been processed but over a week later I still haven’t received my money ignoring emails beware of these scammers offers you pennies for your phone then have the cheek to keep your phone and your money so they have stolen my phone and my money going to get a friend who works with solicitor to check this out also going to the police I hate that these people think they can get away with stealing your phones don’t trust these at all

    Worst ever experience selling a phone. Made up fake faults with the phone once they had it and pretended that when Royal Mail say it’s delivered, it’s not actually delivered. Reduced offer from £350 to £200 on the basis of it having 87% battery and light scratches. This is a lie. It is pristine and if they return me a different phone (I have the IMEI and photos) I’ll be calling the police for theft. Assuming they return it at all

    DO NOT USE
    Same story as others, best offer price, reduced by more than 50% due to ‘deep scratches’ despite taking photo before sending, 2 rejected offers expected phone back only to be told that we had ‘auto-accepted’ a third offer and would not be getting the phone back. Don’t be deceived by the high prices they offer – your phone is scratched, it’s just that it is so microscopic you can’t see it (nor presumably any other buyer) they just want your phone for the cheapest they can pay (and then don’t pay).
