Number of reviews: 3 Rating:2 Order never arrived, stolen by driver. Our order never arrived. Delivery driver never entered my property, did not knock or ring my video doorbell, and did not contact us on the phone number we provided. The driver managed to mark the order as delivered regardless of not receiving the 4 digit security code.

Rating:2 Just eat think they are above the law Placed an order through just eat for 9 items from Asda, only 6 were delivered. just eat gave me a credit to my account instead of refunding to my original payment method without my permission. Under UK consumer law this is not allowed, they are legally obligated to refund to my original payment method. I have requested this many times now, including raising it on Facebook, but they are still telling me it’s their policy. I won’t be using them again, and would urge others to consider if they want to use a company that thinks it’s above the law.

Just Eat has no contact phone number, forcing you to go through their in app feedback form. We got a clearly automated/scripted reply stating that the driver had delivered, and yet could not provide me with proof of this. They have therefore refused us a refund.
Please avoid this company, their security measures are corrupt!
