Number of reviews: 2 Rating:2 Just eat think they are above the law Placed an order through just eat for 9 items from Asda, only 6 were delivered. just eat gave me a credit to my account instead of refunding to my original payment method without my permission. Under UK consumer law this is not allowed, they are legally obligated to refund to my original payment method. I have requested this many times now, including raising it on Facebook, but they are still telling me it’s their policy. I won’t be using them again, and would urge others to consider if they want to use a company that thinks it’s above the law.
