Number of reviews: 7 Rating:2 Terrible service I opened a claim with this company and also with Airhelp.com, at the same time, as the advertisement said “no win no fee”. The terms and conditions contain a section stating that even if you get paid as a result of another company’s work, they still have the right to charge you. So it was my fault for not reading that properly.

Rating:2 SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Despite the company putting IN WRITING they had received compensation from the airline and stating they sent me an email with a ‘secure link’ to provide my bank details, I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM!

Rating:2 SCAMMERS I claimed in 2018, used to contact me every week in the starting. Even sent me invoice of £500 if I decide not to continue my claim. Now been 5 years and no email or letter or phone call. Contacted their solicitor MONTPELIER SOLICITORS and they refused to give any info. Stay away from these SCAMMERS.

Rating:2 Disappointed customer My flight was significantly delayed last June and I was recommended by a friend to get in touch with flightdelayed.co.uk. At first, I was impressed with their handling of the case – they sent me weekly updates and I felt they were providing an excellent service. However, it’s been 3 months since I last heard anything from them and I’m extremely disappointed. When I log on to their website, their group chat just regurgitates the same information, and there seems to be no number to call to follow up on my claim. I had such high hopes that they would find the best solution for my travel problem.

Rating:2 Terrible service I submit the claim # 1440172525 in 2018 with your company. And its been 5 years still nothing happens. First of all why its taking that long. This is ridiculously very long time for claim to deal with.

Rating:4 DO NOT TRUST! A majority of the reviews left on here are fake. This Dutch cowboy outfit is nothing short, but a scam. When I had an issue with a flight delay, I took my claim to Flight Delayed and heard nothing for about 2 months and when I tried again, they told me that they were not able to go ahead with my claim, due to it being ‘Unusual Circumstances’ (a stupid term that means unforeseeable circumstances ie. bad weather, terrorism attack, etc). Now you would think a claims company is there to serve a purpose in order to remain in business. I ended up pushing this claim on my own part and as a result, I received £450 in compensation and what did Flight Delayed receive in terms of commission…? £0. Make a claim on your part and put a STOP from these cowboy claim companies.

Result: Airhelp got the compensation and I got paid in less than 2 months. Flight-delayed.co.uk didn’t send any notification for over a year, and 13 months after I got paid they notified me about the compensation I got, stating that could be due to their work (obviously not) and charged me over 500 EUR. As I had a contract signed I had to pay and didn´t want to get into trouble.

I also proactively sent an e-mail sharing my bank IBAN so that they would not be exempt from transferring the money I am entitled to, but have got no replies.
Please, check also on Facebook where other people report the company as a scam.

On top you replied few times and now you dont even bother to reply and i asked about the progress of my claim but no response. I even went to your complaint page and i was told someone get back to me but no one bother to get back.
I am not sure what i can do because its been over 5 years now and i can not be sending messages and then wait for months to get a response.
