Rating:2 No Refund after 14 days I ordered personal video for my wife on 15th December from Kai Widdrington who was unable to fulfil request due to being too busy.The 7 days were up on dec 22nd.well before Christmas .I want the promised refund and am still waiting for it a further 7 days later (29 th Dec) .There is no phone number to call to to expedite my refund and I fear they will get him to do the video when it will no longer be relevant just to keep the money.

Rating:2 Half video was delivered My son ordered a video for a friends birthday. Only half the video was delivered. We complaint and after weeks they wanted to resend the video. We told them we wanted money back (they say they have a money back guarantee on their homepage) but the customer service, which is terrible, said no. Worst service ever!
