    Rent
    Double amounts were charged from my card and they refuse to return my money. I do not recommend. I will go to court

    I don’t get a car , I presented all papers , payed the price , but was rejected for nothing
    I booked and payed for a car on line . I came to the branch in malpensa airport . I showed my passport, national and international driving license . Two cards . One debit I payed the reservation from . Another, a credit one , I offered for the security deposit . the ugly and nervouse woman at the desk didn’t even check anything , she started to shout that it’s against the rules to use two cards . She showed me the rules. But in these rules was nothing about inability to pay from the two cards . It was only written that I have to present the same card I payed for the reservation . And I showed it ! But she and her another colleague shouting at me together . Told me that it’s against the rules . And that I have to pay the full coverage if I want to take a car . And their prices they offered me were much higher than I payed to another company later this day ..
    And these employees rejected me . And informed that I won’t get any refund . Because it was me!!!! Who didn’t fallow the rules !and it was my guild that they didn’t give me the car ! I tried to write the claims to the customer support . But looks like they are all together in cheating people . And not letting them even to defend their rights .
    I will be happy to join any class action , to open a case against this company . Because they behave not even illegal but like organized crime group! They not printing the rules clearly . Their staff cheating the clients openly . They don’t even afraid of the consequences! We have not only write reviews and claims, we have to unite against them and to start the legal action .

    AVOID this company will SCAM you!!!
    The person serving me when I was picking the car put in pressure on me to purchase insurance they provide although I explained to him that I already have third party insurance and the insurance they have offered to me is too expensive. The car I have received was not in good condition- the window on the drive’s side was not closing, also the clatch on the car was worn out. The car had numerous scratches and dents all over the body. I believe over the 20+ years I have rented cars this was the worst car I have driven. When I returned the car back, the person there noticed there were some superficial scratches on the bonnet of the car and within 10 seconds assessed the damage and concluded I would be charged for that 260 euro. I am curious to know how can someone possibly asses in such a short time the cost of damages to the car. Also why any previous damage was never repaired.

    DO NOT USE
    DO NOT USE, cowboy company who make loads of aditional charges.
    They refused to give me a car at the airport until I paid for an additional driver, which I have already paid for.
    Charged me €34 for fuel despite the car being retuned full. Currently disputing this with my credit card company.
    Tried to charge me for existing damage, when I returned the car. Thankfully my wife took a video of the car when we collected it showing the damage was already there.
    Now after 6 months have tried to charge further €50 ‘admin’ charges to my credit card. Which I am challenging AGAIN.
    This company may seem cheap but you will pay more in the long run.
    I am changing my credit card so I do not receive any more ‘charges’

    WORST COMPANY EVER!
    The final cost for the 12-day rental was €961.75, not to mention the pending €100 refund, which I am yet to receive. None of their staff members could explain to me what these charges were for exactly, especially since I had already paid for the car online.

    I was unable to reach customer service team through phone calls, as I was not added to the customer system, preventing me from getting any assistance.

    Everywhere I read, I only find negative experiences!
    It is unacceptable that such a company still exists at all!

    Never hire from OK mobility
    I had booked a car with OK mobility at Rhodes airoprt on 18-19 November 2023. When I arrived at the airport, there was nobody waiting for me, neither any shuttle bus.

    I called twice the phone number found in the voucher. A gentleman replied and after telling him that I was waiting at the airport he hung up without providing me any guidance!!

    Consequently I was obliged to rent another car locally at the airport at a much higher price

    This is the first time something like this happened to me over 25 years I rent cars through out the world. Don’t ever use OK mobility!!

    Worst car hire ever
    Avoid this company, they trying to trick you and overcharge you and they’re lying to charge you for damages you haven’t done.

    Don't rent here!
    Don’t make the mistake to rent a car from them!

    I’ve rented a car for one week at Palma de Mallorca Airport and left my wallet in the car when I dropped it off. After my fifth call, I finally got a helpful person (Ciara) to send the next renters my phone number. They called me a few hours later to confirm that they found it and will drop it off on 20 October 2023. On that day they even called me to confirm that they dropped off my wallet and gave it to a OK Mobility staff at the airport (I saw that on my device). Since then I called about 20 times over the past two weeks and got to speak to lots of OK Mobility Service center staff, who just sent the airport office e-mail requests to contact me. They obviously never did. Funny enough, my wallet has a tracker (Apple AirTag) and I’ve taken a picture of the location (Palma de Mallorca Airport, OK Mobility counter) for many days now. Today (1.11.23) I got to speak with Jonier from the call center and he managed to get to speak to a staff at the airport counter and they said that my wallet wasn’t found and that they don’t have the time to talk to me.
    I know it’s my fault that I left my wallet in the car but who would ever want to deal with such terrible client service from OK Moblity?

    Be smart and rent with a better car rental company!!!

    OK mobily? Don’t rent there!
    Very bad service, no presence at the airport in Barcelona. Most unfriendely people probably hating their job and they keep you waiting for more than 90 minutes,whilst half of the people at their desk is doing literally nothing. If you want them to provide a “ service” to you, you must pay a “fast track” fee of 15 or 20 euros. No kidding. Never rent a car there and go to one of the regulars. Scam company in my view and I suspect they treat their people badly

    Avoid OK Mobility
    I rented a car in Germany through OK Mobility. Everything with the rental went fine. Nothing to complain about.

    Unfortunately I left a small bag in the car I rented. I brought this matter up with OK Mobility customer service. Over a period of 1 month I called OK mobility customer service 7 times regarding this matter. OK Mobility assured me that they contacted their office in Germany, but that the German office does not reply. End result is that after 1 month since the rental I have no idea if someone from OK Mobility even checked if my bag is the car.

    I have to accept that I will never see my bag again. OK Mobility is a company that is not going to do anything for you should any problems arise in connection to your rental.

    Will not give the deposit back
    Update 5-9
    Really disrespectful and unprofessional people, i called them to check if they received the proof for the deposit as they requested and the answer was totally different than last time. The answer was that money is still unblocked and the will check with the office to unblock the amount.
    I don’t think that i should wait more everything is clear now and they are trying to not give us the deposit back as many and many people experiences.
    I will start and claim a complaint with the police in france and try to reach the highest level in the company.

    Update 31-8
    We made another call and the answer was “ maybe the employee at the office get the money by mistake as a credit not as locking the amount because he should only lock the amount “
    🤔🤔🤔 are you serious guys!!!???
    So now i should wait another 2 weeks for you to check the bank statement i sent and also to see if you will give me my deposit back.
    I will stay with you till you give me my deposit back and will be my last time to rent from you and will not suggest you to anyone.

    Finally they answer but really its the worst company i had even work with. They told me that they didnt get a deposit and they need a prove from my bank. I sent they the price directly to let them knows that they even trying to get our money or they want to extant the period.
    The weird thing that my last 4 calls they answered before, they mentioned that they asked the bank to give me the money back and now they told me they have nothing.
    I will fill a complaint to the police during this week and will see what will happen.
    Here the proof…..

    Update 29-8
    Over more than 25 calls from yesterday, no one is answering our calls or emails. I know they don’t even care about their clients and this exactly what shows on trust pilot website.

    Update on 28-8
    Nothing yet received from them regarding the deposit. They promised that it will take between 14 and 31 days and they sent nothing.
    1350 deposit we don’t know anything about and when we called they always put the blame on the bank.
    And since morning we are trying to contact them but no one is answering, so Today will be the last day before i take another way of treating them.

    Update on 19-8…….
    Since 27-7 till 19-8 i didnt received my deposit and every time i called they ask to wait for 31 days. I will still wait for 27-8 before starting any legal process because its really weird what’s happening. Or i will reach the C level in the company

    Everything was fine and going smoothly with this company. But…..
    I will add something that will will be a reason not to rent again from okmobility even if everything was fine and they are the lowest prices. “ i am not ready to wait for my deposit 1350 euro more than few days, till now after 10 days nothing appeared and they informed that we have to wait between 14 and 30 days. “ are you series guys???? Nothing like that happened with any company i rented from before. Please check Hanane haddach booking name and you see that it had been 11 days and we didn’t received anything.
    I wish this issue will be solved soon…..

    OK MOBILITY PISA
    I got my car rental in Pisa. I am giving them a 1 star because i am still waiting for a response re: compensation I raised via email.
    Apart from that, the service whilst I was in Italy was actually great. But the after care was just non-existent.
