Pouch is a London-based start-up and a shopping tool that notifies buyers about voucher codes on more than 3,000 eCommerce websites. The company was formed in 2016 by Jonny Plein, Vikram Simha, and Ben Corrigan. In 2018, Global Savings Group acquired Pouch to improve its product offerings. It’s available as a browser extension on Safari, Google Chrome, and Firefox, and the extension can be downloaded and loaded into any browser with just a few clicks.Pouch Account is an account section where registered customers receive access to extra features like “Pouch Points” and “Favourite Retailers.” The company doesn’t require users to have a different account to receive Pouch Points. Instead, it notifies them via a desktop or browser extension when they’re eligible to earn points. Users can turn on marketing communications and receive notifications or disable them and check their accounts regularly.To use Pouch, you need to go online and start shopping and adding products to your cart. Once done, at the checkout section, Pouch will display all the available vouchers you’re eligible to receive and notify you. You don’t have to search for a voucher or sale code on your end – Pouch will automatically do it for you.
