    Renewal subscription taken illegally
    We attempted to cancel subscription 4 times ahead of renewal and received no replies. Telephone number is not working. Despite us cancelling our clubs bank direct debit payment was taken from one of our club members. We want a full refund of the £160 and some form of contact from the company.
