Sinch is a digital communications and mobile engagement company that provides services, products and solutions to connect businesses with their customers across multiple channels. The company provides messaging services that include SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram, among others, that can be integrated through its API, allowing businesses to maintain omnichannel conversations with customers through a single integration.

They also provide SMS verification services to secure customer journeys, improve conversion rates and reduce churn. Use cases range from messaging across all mobile channels, to engaging with customers in real-time conversations, to improving customer support and satisfaction.

In addition to messaging, Sinch offers voice and video, email, numbers and connectivity, verification and application services. The company recently acquired Pathwire, adding robust email services to its offering, including tools and APIs from Mailgun, Mailjet and Email on Acid, which together send over 250 billion emails per year.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices around the world including Atlanta, USA and Singapore, Sinch serves a wide range of industries and business needs and has partnerships with some of the world’s leading companies including Microsoft, Lyft and Dell.
