    Take your money and dont care if you get your parcel
    The first and last time I ordered from these. The parcel didnt come, they investigated meaning they just asked the courier if they delivered it. If the courier says they have then thats enough for Flannels. Now the problem becomes mine and im out of pocket and no order. I thought these were reputable now I know they are not. I asked could I put a complaint in and was told no I would have to contact a third party to get my money back. Absolute disgrace never again. Other review websites show others have had similar problems. I wish I had read these before my order, I would not have bothered if I had.
