    I book airport parking through Holiday Extras on a monthly basis. Never have any issues and great value, especially with the discounts. Highly recommend.

    Gatwick Purple meet a greet north
    i booked this Airpor carpark for the first time a last time. postcode took us to the other carpark which is fair from airport, second time, find it is not easy,is hiden.
    my car was unlocked a dead. couldn’t start car, rude staff which try to blame my 4m old car, unhelpful, nobody want help you a they answer on everything was. there is email to complaint. yes I will a yes I will leave negative feedbacks.

    Days Inn hotel and Mid Stay Parking @ Stansted
    Days Inn Hotel NOT easy to find when driving in the services area, directions/signs not well lit and very confusing. Room is OK, pretty basic and didn’t strike you as particularly clean but passable for one night’s accommodation.
    Directions to parking OK and found a space and bus to terminal no problem. Car park was busier on return journey as different time of day but still OK although somebody parked too close to my car so was difficult to get into it 🙁

    Easy to book but car park needs improvement
    The company is great – it’s easy to book, instructions are perfect and simple. However, the car park itself was not that great when we returned. Not all the departure channels were open, so there was a long queue of cars waiting to get out…..

    I also wish that they would recognise and reward loyalty……

    Car Parking good, Terrible hotel
    While the car parking was well organised and pretty easy and the combined hotel/parking package should have been good value, the Ibis Hotel was shocking. The room was freezing cold due to cold air blasting in through a vent. No heating had been on and even with it on for two hours made very little difference. We were offered a different room but this was exactly the same. We slept with everything we could find on the bed to try to keep warm but still had a cold miserable night. Also the shower did not work properly. A terrible hotel.

    fHotel with meet and greet
    stayed at the Rennaissance Hotel at Heathrow. Hotel was beautiful and very comfortable, bear and food was lovely at the hotel. Next morning done the Maple Macb and greet and couldn’t have been any happier, even on return journey I collected an luggage rang maple parking they told us where to go and the car was there waiting.

    Will definitely use this again

    Dead easy car parking at Mackadown Lane
    Easy to find, no hassle park up and get on the bus to the airport. Drops off at Jet2 Departures and picks up at the bus stop where you got off. No queues for keys as we kept them. We will definitely use the service again.

    Second time let down with car Hire
    this was the second time recently i used Holiday Extras. On both occaisions I had a problem with the car at pick up and the holiday extras helpline was not answering or closed. It is not 24 hours. They also do not help with resolving the complaint afterwards.
    They are just a rebrand of ‘Car Trawler’ so be careful.

    Maple parking
    Brilliant service no hassle just confirm your details bus waited while I checked in and straight to airport only waited 5 mins to return easy pickup for keys really had to find car as was just told it’s in middle would have been 5* if given better direction instead of just in middle

    Car park
    Booked a 4 day car park space at the main car park at Liverpool airport….everything went great….even changed my car a couple of weeks before using the car park and changed the reg over easily.

    Not picked up
    Booked a pickup to Lanzarote airport from BlueBay Hotel and it never turned up. Said I was at the WRONG place, should have been BlueSea hotel, which was on the same road half a mile away. They said later it didn’t pick up at apartments. So why was the apartments on your list if you don’t pick up at them?

    Taxi transfer at Cancun Airport
    Had to wait 30 minutes for the taxi to arrive. Communication was through WhatsApp and I struggled to get a WiFi connection. The company wasn’t very good at communicating to me whilst I was trying to understand what and where the driver was. The driver was slamming the boot into the cases when it was clear they hadn’t been placed in the boot correctly. The driver never spoke a word to us all the way there and continued to look at his phone during the journey. We felt very unsafe as he drove like a madman. Very bad experience
