    Airport and Hotel transfers
    Transfer was easy to find on time very good service I would use again no problems at all

    Good service
    Easy booking, easy check in, I have used the meet and greet service many times at Heathrow Terminal 5, my car was ready for me on my return, no waiting, just remember to call them when picking up your luggage.
    Only small complaint that I have is why does the driver have to change all the settings on my car’s heating system, if that person changes it please put it back where it was, thanks.

    Meet and greet fine. Hotel has teething issues.
    Meet and greet was fine. Hotel Tribe had a lot of teething issues and rather expensive. Food served on cold plates and staff didn’t know the content of the menus, and an automatic service charge of £15. I had this removed due to inadequate staff knowledge.

    damaged bumper
    went to the drop and go park at Manchester on 3/11/2024. Car was photographed when going in nice and clean and rear bumper unmarked , came back on 10/11/2024 had a quick look around ,car was absolutely filthy and must have been driven outside ,otherwise seemed okay but the light was very poor and didn ‘t notice anything. However next day with the sun shining on it ,it was obvious somebody had damaged it and it had sensors on it . Have sent an email and waiting for a reply as it is impossible to ring to complain!!!

    Additional Payment at Car Park
    Have always used ABC and never had any issues. Booked Purple Parking at Heathrow but was told on arrival that I had to pay an additional £25 per day because I have a small van. Reg numbers have to be added to the website, so my van was confirmed but the additional charge at the parking was ridiculous because “they don’t accept vans”
    Total rip off, vans allowed to park at Heathrow airport so I’d use that moving forward

    Perfect
    Loved the stay and breakfast even ate dinner the night before and was fine. The car service was simple and easy and good value taxi was approx £25 to terminal 3 👍

    Peaceful and relaxing experience
    Used the no1 lounge Heathrow as wanted to be away from busy airport terminal. We were seated in a quiet area with comfy chairs and a relaxing atmosphere
    Food was ok with a good selection but only tried a small snack and enjoyed the drinks.

    Sadly disappointing
    Booked 10 days parking and 1 night stay for our return. Car parking fine but taxi was £18.50 to airport (less than 5 minute ride) and return was £19. 20 and NOT the £12.50 each way quoted on Holiday Extras website. Room was clean and quiet, but the approach to room was covered in debris, not easy when trailing 2 suitcases along. We were tired, it was late and room was ok so we slept and left early intending to mention state of corridor but didn’t get chance as receptionist was dealing with “carpet fitters” which explained what was happening in corridor but at the very least they or hotel staff should have ensured all residue from carpet laying was cleared away. Will not use again .

    Demanding tips
    I’ve used holiday extras a few times for airport transfers but the most recent one in Sharm el Sheikh was the worst. From the moment we entered the van, the driver kept going on about tips and demanding we pay him extra for simply taking out bags out of the boot. Really disappointed as we paid quite a bit for a very short journey but did so for the convenience and did not expect to have to pay extra to the demanding driver.

    Exeter parking
    Booked Exeter airport long stay parking , easy process and trouble free entrance and exit.
    The parking is a couple of minutes walk from terminal.will use again if flying from Exeter.

    Parking
    Easy to find T3 multi story no problem with barriers. Straight into terminal which made it easier only problem was landing back in T2 and having to find the way back through all the renovations. Waited for the bus for a bit but after the: that came and didn’t stop at T3 we walked

    the extra mile
    leaving from one terminal and returning to another is always a complete pain –Manchester Meet & Greet made life much easier –they simply delivered the car back to our arrival terminal–thanks

    Short Stay Parking Blue
    Booked 6 weeks out after keeping an eye on prices for a few months and looking for a cheaper option. Turns out if you want to park close to Stansted there isn’t one! The car park was well signposted from the M11 until you are near the actual entry point when it is down to you!! After finding the right area it took about 10 mins to find a space as it was very busy but other than that it was all good. We needed a space within walking distance due to having 2 kids under 10 and a flight landing at 11pm with a 90 minute drive home so this hit the brief and we’d book again if flying from Stansted
