On return from holiday waited 40 minutes outside at 11:30pm for bus to arrive. Got to car park, no idea which bus stop we had to get off, got off headed to lane marking and walkway between bays, once again had to drag cases across gravel and mud to get to car.
No clear identification as to where bus stops are, gravel and puddles not the best scenario to get from car to bus stop.
Unfortunately, I had already booked Jet Parks, Ringway for my next holiday parking, not looking forward to it, will never use again after this.

5 hours to hang around and airport was ridiculous…I messaged the transfer company who basically said tough …and I messaged holiday extras once I got home and have had no reply

Like Cophall as they park car on site and buses to terminals are frequent.
Return was easy driver of bus was good as i had not read the ticket they gave me to phone for bus and therefore didn’t realise I had to keep it to get on bus and get car back, this was the first time I’ve parked there using this system so had thrown the ticket into my bag after calling for bus and couldn’t find it for driver. He said no problem and I eventually found it before we arrived back at car park. There were quite a few people on our bus but getting car back was quick and easy only a few seconds wait time. Will continue to use Cophall parking as again we had no problems with them.

The bus to the hotel (north terminal) was ok but the driver didn’t ask which terminal we needed until we got to the south where the bus filled with people returning from holidays, trapping us and our luggage. Many of them had to get off at north terminal to free us!
We then had to find our way to Sofitel which wasn’t particularly clear. The hotel was fine but we were only there to sleep the night as we had an early morning flight. Easy walk from hotel to departures.
The return journey was easy and we only had to wait a few minutes at the bus stop.
The car was waiting just outside the reception building. The only issue was the exit barrier did not go up automatically and it was a struggle to press the help button
All in all a good option for an early morning flight when you live 3 hours drive away from Gatwick

The issue is paid for parking many weeks before travelling at cost nearly £120 then the price dropped to £78.00 and applied for a refund of the difference and turned down because not in the first 24 hours.
Used Holiday Extras for years but will think about re-booking with them again
