    BEWARE
    I’m only giving a 1* as the transfer company that was booked for my Mexico trip left us stranded at the airport. We arrived into Cancun and as I had no signal on my phone my husband made contact with the transfer company through Whatsapp as they had requested. The Manchester flight had arrived at the same time and therefore we were waiting for luggage for almost 2 and a half hours. The transfer company refused to wait telling us that we were the only passengers from the Gatwick flight that were missing (the whole flight was waiting by the belt for luggage). It then cost us a highly negotiated price of £60 to get to the hotel which was less that 20 minutes away. As we had booked return transfers with Holiday Extras were left a little worried for the whole holiday as the whether the transfer would turn up to take us back to the airport for our return flight!!

    Parking
    Very easy to find taken to the Airport within 5mins. On return easy to find the pick up point. Waited 10 mins and return to car plus able to lead within 5 minutes. All in all very stress free and easy to use.

    Car parking exit problem
    Arriving at Cardiff premier car park was great , really excellent service and a smashing space but the exit was not so pleasant , the barrier once again failed and this time we couldn’t get a response until I phoned the number on my booking , not a good sign when you are tired after 12 hours travelling ! We finally managed to use the other barrier but found the employees on the phone to be rather abrupt and annoyed by our call telling us that they we very busy ! With only two flights arriving that night I find it hard to believe that , please Cardiff sift out your exit barriers 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Amazing Service

    Never a problem with using Holiday Extras
    Fourth time we have used Holiday Extras and again everything went smoothly. Booked parking at Exeter Airport and number plate immediately recognised. Plenty of parking spaces and easy to leave on way home. Thanks

    Meet and greet
    Pleased eventually with meet and greet
    We had difficulty finding entrance
    Needs a sign on other side of entrance
    We were rushing and found the instructions hard to follow initially
    Meet and greet is the wrong title as no one meets or greets you
    On the positive side the car was safe it’s next to the airport and pick up was easy

    Manchester airport Drop and Go
    I regularly book Drop and Go at Manchester through Holiday Extras and always get a good price. I would never use any other parking option, Drop and Go is so easy and convenient . Staff are always very helpful and checking in/out is quick and efficient.

    Directions
    Have used Holiday Extras in the past but seriously considering not doing so in the future. Paid for parking at Stansted Blue Economy parking for a weekend’s break. Used their app to follow directions to the parking area which you’d think was simple. Directions are completely incorrect, taking me past the drop and go point (which is chargeable). Eventually found the parking area but doubted myself so left again due to Holiday Extras directions. Went round again, just in case I had missed an entry point 1st time round, I hadn’t but charged again. Headed back to the parking area only to not be allowed back in because I’d already been in/out.
    How difficult is it for H.E to get the directions right. Stressed me out when I should have been relaxed!

    We have used parking service twice. Happy both times bit of a wait on return but weather was cold icy staff were working very fast to help customers

    Perfect
    We always use holiday extras for booking our lounges and car parking. Great value for money and service. The lounge at T3 was fantastic. We were lucky to have breakfast and lunch and the quality of food on both meals were great. Will use again when flying out of T3 in Manchester.
