Rating:2 Avoid this company at all costs! The worst service I have ever received. Submitted a claim 3 weeks ago and still not heard a thing back. Sent several emails but no response received. They do not man their phone, it is just an answer service where you leave a message but they do not respond to these messages either.

The only response I have had was from the owner to say he was on holiday and that I needed to submit claim again. I will be cancelling my policy.
