    Horrible customer service ever
    Ordered Flowers to get delivery on Sunday and flowers never arrived , today is Tuesday and I’m still waiting for it ,
    Unprofessional customer service, talk to senior manager and said they will get in touch with me the day after, but I never hear back from them, keep try the phone number but the line are busy all the time , I spoke to someone on the phone but the drop the phone !
    Never and ever again !

    Prazo excedido
    Paguei mais caro para ser entregue no dia, porém só entregaram no dia seguinte a tarde.
    Atendimento ao cliente pelo WhatsApp e e-mail são efetivos, tive resposta pelos 2 lugares.
    Positivo: flores são lindas, de qualidade excelente, atendimento ao cliente ágil
    Negativo: entregue fora do prazo, não recebi a foto das flores antes do envio.

    Is not scam ,the best shop whit flowers
    I made the order for birthday my mother-in-law and the next day by 1 o’clock they delivered my order with the roses, very beautiful … the mother-in-law was very surprised how beautiful it was and as a gift from you (candies) thank you very much and I will definitely come back

    Worst ever
    My partner ordered me flowers to my work place time slot changed 3 times. By then of course I was closed. Delivery made next day the most disappointing flowers.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
    i was looking for same day delivery flowers for my friends birthday. i come accross my flowers which stated same day delivery and it also give me the option at the end to pick my time slot and the cost of the same day delivery.

    1 hour before it was due they emailed to say the same day delivery is not avaialble therfor they will deliver in the morning.

    i emailed back immediatly and asked for a refund as i found another company after they sent the email who can do as it says and deliver straight away.

    they refused to refund me and told me that they have put it out for dispatch and there is nothing they can do.

    why would you straight away dispatch a same day delivery order for the next day !!

    scammers – false advertisement and had the cheek to not refund me but offer me on a discount on the next order.

    Hot pink roses
    Requested 2 days later and they were delivered no problem the shipping ( delivery ) costs £0-£6 but it’s worth it they are delivered so nicely generally good overall I’d recommend

    Poor service
    I ordered flowers on the 2nd of July and it was to be delivered on the 3rd of July. I had to send an email to ask about my order at almost 6pm only to be told that the order got “damaged” in transit and it will be delivered on the 4th of July. The flowers eventually got delivered on the 5th of July and the note i wrote to accompany it wasn’t delivered with it. I won’t recommend them at all as the service I have received is one of the worst I’ve received in my adulthood. I will not be patronising them again.

    1. This is what they said to me yesterday 23 July 2024, after they failed to delivery on the day I had requested (next day). I didn’t believe them AT ALL that the ‘flowers had been damaged, and they had sent a replacement’. No customer service to mention, they seem to use AI generated replies, and do not want to refund orders they mess up. To be avoided.

    Gorgeous
    Never used my flowers before I send flowers to a friend ,they arrived day after first thing in the morning, my friend sent me a picture of them absolutely gorgeous well impressed, definitely use my flowers again

    Dishonest and won't deliver
    I ordered a large bouquet to be delivered on 26/06. On said day, flowers did not show up. I called, and they were baffled but PROMISED the flowers would be delivered the next day. 27th arrived, but flowers, once again, did not. However what DID arrive was a 2nd charge on my credit card. Once again I called, and once again they apologized about both the non-delivery and the double charge, bit…they DIDN’T FIX ANYTHING. £140 of flowers never delivered, and I wound up calling the bank to block the charges. What a scam.

    Good
    Couldn’t do same day delivery but did next day, with nice free vase to compensate for that.
    Bouquet was nice but not quite as advertised: big white dahlias substituted for small white daisies which I don’t think as nice. But my daughter was happy with her bouquet
