    I received another bouquet than my daughter ordered for my birthday . Very small bouquet with dead flowers.

    Absolute scammers
    I ordered with this company as they specifically say on their website they would deliver the same day as i had forgotten to send flowers for a funeral the next day. They happily took my money and the emailed me to say they can’t deliver today and can’t guarantee delivery the next day ….what a bunch of scammers !

    DON’T BELIEVE THE 5STAR REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE WARNED!!!!
    My flowers U.K if you know what’s good for you; refund my money in 5business days, if not your website will disappear.
    To the unsuspecting consumers: THIS Is ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! Please avoid. You are warned already. They would promise same day delivery but won’t deliver, and won’t pick your calls. If they pick your call they would waste your time.

    I believe the 5 stars reviews for this company are not from normal consumers, they are scam reviews by the owners on the business. Don’t believe the positive reviews no matter how sweet it sounds. Again, you are warned. Don’t be desperate for flower delivery, you will be scammed!

    Excellent
    On a saturday 6pm a bit late to order bouquet of flowers fir my daughter thanking her for all she does for me looked after me while on holidays.Put order in and was delivered before 9pm that evening.I have ordered from hear before luvly fresh flowers not bad price’s i was well pleased so was my daughter.I will be using My Flowers from now on.

    Fresh Flowers
    Flowers were fresh and nice, exactly as visible in image. They are still fresh even after 3 days.
    Though the site had shown a bigger window for delivery time, they were delivered early morning at a convenient time.

    Disgusting and the company should be shut down
    Hello. My fiance ordered me a bouquet from you. They were meant to be delivered last Friday but weren’t. They arrived on Saturday in a box and I was so upset for him. The flowers were completely squashed and I am attaching photos of the state of them after just 2 days. We are absolutely appalled

    UNPROFFESIONAL / WORST SERVICE EVER!
    Worst service ever! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend’s birthday and I’ve to cancel as she has to travel same day so They confirmed that it was cancel and it will be delivery once she is back and I contact them again. For my surprise when my friend back for her trip she found the flowers, the chocolate and the balloon on her house as they did delivery on that day without any update or confirmation from my side, also without letting me know, which is very unprofessional and not to mentioned a wasted of money as you could imagine the condition of the flowers, chocolate and the balloon.
    In addition, Now I am tying to get in touch with them to have an explanation of this poor service but without any success as no one is replying back. NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

    White roses
    Ordering was good flowers arrived well on time not damaged (next day 12pm)
    It was a special date 50years anniversary 50white roses
    Only 48 arrived wife counted only slightly disappointed but everything else was good

    Bouquet delivered late with dead flowers
    Ordered a bouquet as an anniversary gift for my wife. Arrived 3 days late with the flowers either dead or dying…do not use this company, I have contacted them regards their service seeking a refund but based on the reviews here I can see that I will have a fight on my hands.

      You can’t get through it constantly disconnects, order flowers for same day delivery for my DIL 21st birthday it’s now Wednesday and nothing.
      They called me Monday said they couldn’t deliver, I called them back and they could, received a text saying they’d be delivered, then received a WhatsApp to say couldn’t, another later on saying we will look into it. I want a full refund…. Answer your msgs and phone calls to your customers..
