I have asked for a full refund on few emails and WhatsApp ( as they don’t provide with a contact number).
Instead of the refund I received couple of emails offering a discount for “next orders”.
To end this VERY VERY POOR service, they blamed the courier company instead of apologizing for their REALLY BAD SERVICE.
They ruined my anniversary surprise for my gf. The flowers are not cheap tbh.

The flowers didn’t turn up til Tuesday and had to use another company.
They sent an pound shop looking teddy bear as compensation and have absolutely refused a refund .
