    Good Customer Service
    I had made a last minute order and it was difficult to fulfill at the time I had made the order and customer service were able to reach out to me and help come to a resolution that would fulfill my order at another time of my choice.

    This company is super unprofessional. The lack of communication let a alone NO DELIVERY. I DEMAND MY $ AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING FROM HERE!

    WORSE ONLINE PURCHASE!! DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!!!!
    I have prefer a bunch of flowers on the 27th of April for my anniversary on the 28th April. The flowers never arrived. I have write a email to this company and it wasn’t a clear communication. Today is 1st of MAY and I DID NOT RECEIVED THE FLOWERS YET!!!!
    I have asked for a full refund on few emails and WhatsApp ( as they don’t provide with a contact number).
    Instead of the refund I received couple of emails offering a discount for “next orders”.
    To end this VERY VERY POOR service, they blamed the courier company instead of apologizing for their REALLY BAD SERVICE.
    They ruined my anniversary surprise for my gf. The flowers are not cheap tbh.

    Worst online purchase experience of my life
    1 star is way too much for this terrible company. Payed for same delivery on the 24/04. They have promised to deliver on several occasions, however, as of 1/05 they have delivered nothing. Currently they haven’t responded to my three last emails and I’m just shocked of the lack of respect and customer service. Horrible company

    Absolutely shocking
    One star is too much for this company , ordered flowers on the Saturday for guaranteed next day delivery for a funeral on the Monday.
    The flowers didn’t turn up til Tuesday and had to use another company.
    They sent an pound shop looking teddy bear as compensation and have absolutely refused a refund .
    Shocking customer service , avoid

    Hit a rock, rectified the situation, happy customer.
    Ordered on a Monday, as a birthday gift for delivery the following Monday (day of birthday). Got a phone call on Friday saying they couldn’t deliver Monday as they were closing the office for the London Marathon, which was taking place that Sunday. I was a bit disappointed, they’d had 4 days to tell me, so I could have cancelled and ordered else where. To apologise they offered to deliver on Sunday or Tuesday and offered to upsize the order from large to extra large, plus a refund of 15%, which considering I’d already benefitted from new customer discounts at the time of ordering, I thought wasn’t bad, and was a good show of customer care.
    The box arrived on the Sunday, and birthday girl was very pleased with them.

    Excellent
    I was very impressed with the service I received from MyFlowers. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time, I would certainly order from MyFlowers again and recommend them to friends and family.

    Don’t order with them!
    I have paid for specific time slot £6 between 3pm-6pm. Flowers were delivered over 3 hours late! I be contacted customer service and asked for refund for my delivery as they didn’t provide service I’ve paid for. Instead of helping with my delivery charges I have been told I have paid for same day delivery not a slot! So why are you offering 4 slots a day with different prices between £6 and £11!?
    Will not use them again!
    Instead of helping their own customers with their own mistakes that are too gridy !

    DO NOT order from them
    Birthday flowers for Tuesday not delivered they claimed computer glitch and I reluctantly agreed to deliver Wednesday, no flowers delivered Wednesday. I checked first thing Thursday and no flowers delivered, recipient left on a work trip by then and would not be home for rest of the week she had waited Tuesday and Wednesday for the flowers. I emailed the shop and they said courier had failed them, they did not know the status and would check. I asked by email to cancel the flowers and for a refund as birthday passed for 2 days and recipient not home for rest of the week. Made a phone call thereafter to be sure about cancellation and refund, was told verbally that the flowers were delivered “20 minutes ago” and they could not refund. Checked with recipient who said she had left her home for work trip some time ago and she never received flowers and nobody around to receive any delivery 20 mins ago. Later in the day, I got an email from someone who said she was the manager and she said she had no record of the flowers being delivered and as far as she could see from her tracking the order status remained undelivered. However she still did not offer a full refund but asked me to accept an alternative which is not acceptable to me. This company is obviously unreliable and different people say different things – they can’t even have their stories straight about whether flowers been delivered or not. But they just won’t do a cancellation and full refund either ! Ruined the entire gesture of sending birthday flowers, wasted my time having to check with recipient whether she had received flowers, wasted her time waiting around for them, and wasted my time trying (and still trying ) to get a refund.

    What a lousy experience
    Does not even deserve one star. Birthday flowers to be delivered Tuesday. They inform me Tuesday that they can’t deliver, it was a computer error that caused them to accept the order, I reluctantly agreed to delivery on Wednesday. Recipient waited Tuesday and Wednesday and never received flowers. Thursday I asked them what happened and they said courier let them down they would check. Recipient left for a work trip by then and would not be back until Sunday and I told them to refund me. Called them and they refused to refund and said the flowers were delivered 20 minutes ago. Recipient wasn’t not even at home and confirmed to me she never received any flowers. They had phone number and never called to check and in any event I did not agree to deliver on Thursday when nobody around ! Completely ruined the entire gesture, and still on the phone they refused repeatedly to refund as they said they had delivered – delivering birthday flowers two days late when timing was of essence and there was never an agreement to deliver on Thursday, when nobody at home anymore for the rest of the week – is NOT a fulfilment of the contract. Do NOT order from this business.

    Made my day with an order that required delivery within a specified time slot
    I browsed quite a few flower delivery services in London to order flowers for my sister’s birthday, myself being based in Cyprus. MyFlowers had a decent selection, and another important thing for me was that I could pick a delivery slot for the next day from 6 to 9pm (as I knew my sister would only be home in the evening). Not only it all worked out perfectly, but FREE delivery for any day but today was also a pleasant surprise (many other services charge a fee whatever the timing and conditions of the order are).
    Flowers came right around 8 pm, were super pretty and fresh. She loved them =))

    Do not use
    My sister paid over £100 for flowers to be sent from Italy to her niece in the UK for her 18th birthday. They arrived 2 days late and there were 12 flowers and 4 pieces of foliage . Shocking rip off. A tiny bouquet.
