    Upside down flowers
    My flowers arrived on my Birthday and was delivered to my neighbours. My neighbour brought them around for me but when I opened them they had been packed upside down and the flowers were squashed. There are arrows on the box to shoe which way they go. I was surprised when it was so obvious. After reading all the comments I guess I’m not surprised.

    STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND...
    I am still waiting for my refund.
    Awful experience, absolute nightmare.
    Do not use this company, they take your money and then refuse to refund the money
    Instead of being a treat for my mum, I have had a terrible week trying to get my money back.

    1. I ordered flowers for Mother’s day. I cancelled the order as the flowers didn’t arrive and they said they would refund the money.
      They asked me to remove my reviews. I said I wouldn’t, because other people need to know this compamy are a scam.
      I am still waiting for my refund, which is my money. It’s theft.
      How can this company be allowed to rob and manipulate people?

    Late delivery
    The flowers could not be delivered on time as they stayed they were still busy from Mother’s Day! They offered an additional gift which was not forthcoming. Neither did they honour the blue light discount avoid at all

    A BIG SCAM DO NOT USE!!!
    This is an awful company to deal with. I ordered flowers for my mother in law for Mothers Day. Delivery was not even attempted on Mothers day, but the day after. I asked them for a refund as my mother in law was now on holiday so she was not going to get them. After numerous times of asking and them fobbing me off, I eventually agreed for another lot of flowers to be delivered to me for my enjoyment. They arrived yesterday in a tiny box. WHAT A JOKE!!! The flowers look like they have been picked outside, they are wilted and definitely NOT £25 worth. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! It is a complete scam. When you call customer services it sounds like it is being operated by a couple who are operating from their living room. Mothers day has been ruined and I am going to have to buy more flowers for my mother in law which will now cost me more money.

    Horrible service and flowers
    The flowers came in wilted. I wrote to customer service and they told me they would replace it but never did. They stopped responding to my emails and took my money. COMPLETELY A SCAM DO NOT BUY

    DISASTER
    I am horrified. Really disappointed…
    I ordered flowers for my Mum
    They weren’t delivered so the next day I tried calling to cancel the order
    They didn’t answer so I wrote by whatsapp
    I asked for a refund, they said the parcel had been delivered
    The parcel wasn’t delivered
    They said they wouldn’t give a refund
    I spent hours discussing with them online
    I said I didn’t want the flowers as they were now 2 days late
    Finally the flowers arrived this morning, after the order had been cancelled and my mother had waited at home for 2 days
    The customer service attendant was awfully rude
    The flowers arrived 2 days late
    I am still waiting for my refund
    Shocking experience
    I will be seeking professional advice

    probably wouldn't use again
    The flowers were pretty but the bouquet didn’t look like the picture as I ordered the biggest size and they were much smaller than I expected. Also they delivered it a day late.

    AVOID!
    Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. Got a text at 5pm saying sorry we won’t be delivering today. On Mother’s Day. Blamed the courier and they couldn’t care less about missing my Mum’s flowers. Recommend avoiding them

    Quick Delivery and gorgeous fresh flowers
    I ordered letterbox flowers from MyFlowers last week and have been super impressed with their quick service. I’ve had the flowers 5 days already and there is no sign of them wilting yet. Considering I only paid £17 for them, I am honestly so impressed!

    I will definitely be ordering from MyFlowers again this week for Mother’s Day.

    Despicable lies
    I ordered flowers for a funeral home of a mum and was told it would be between 12 pm
    To 3 pm. It’s gone over 7 pm and they lied and lied the whole day saying there’s traffic, courier shortage etc, they promised 3 30, then 4 50 then 6 40 and they never ever call back – absolute lies

    MyFlowers: A Continuation of Incompetence, Valentine's Day Nightmare
    I regret to inform you that my experience with MyFlowers has not improved since my initial review. In fact, it has only gotten worse, culminating in an absolute disaster on Valentine’s Day.

    Anticipating a beautiful bouquet for my partner on this special occasion, I placed an order with MyFlowers. However, as the clock struck 3 PM on Valentine’s Day, my anxiety began to rise as there was no sign of the promised delivery. Knowing MyFlowers’ reputation for tardiness, I attempted to contact them immediately, only to be met with an endlessly busy phone line for the next two days. Desperate for answers, I turned to text their WhatsApp, which yielded no response either. Frustrated beyond measure, I resorted to emailing them, demanding to know the whereabouts of my partner’s flowers.

    To my disbelief, instead of addressing the issue at hand, I received an email stating, “Hello! Your order was delivered.” This blatant lie only served to further infuriate me. In response, I promptly emailed back, expressing that I had not received any flowers and demanded an immediate refund. Shockingly, their response completely disregarded the fact that they had falsely claimed the delivery, offering only a rescheduling of the order. Rescheduling was not an option; I needed those flowers for Valentine’s Day, not a week later.

    MyFlowers has proven itself to be a complete joke of a company, lacking not only in competence but also in basic customer service decency. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a message, let alone a bouquet of flowers. I implore my friends and family, and anyone reading this review, to steer clear of MyFlowers at all costs. They are liars and do not deliver anything of quality.This Valentine’s Day nightmare is one I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy.

    Very disappointed is to say the least!
    As there is no other way to processed with the review, unfortunately I had to click on 1 star, which I don’t think the Myflowers deserve even 1 star,

    I have ordered 35 roses on Sunday and desperately needed them to be delivered on Monday as this was a matter of urgency, however apparently I have ordered after their cut off (could not see this info on their website) then I was told they can only deliver in London the next day even if the order came through after cut off time, I was told I was sent an email regarding that, checked my spams and recycle bin but there was no such email, Nonetheless after messaging the customer service the next day asking for delivery detail, they have offered me the upgrade order to a bigger bouquet due to the next day delivery issue, obviously more expensive, but as a good gesture I did not have to pay the difference if I agreed the order being sent with 1 day delay, also I was offered free chocolate, teddy or vase which I declined as I was good as long as the flowers were delivered on time, they sent me the confirmation email to confirm the upgraded order from 35 to 50 roses too,

    However, regardless of what being promised and confirmed on the email, they still have sent the same exact order that was placed originally, to my surprise the amount of flowers were not even correct for the original order which was 35, let alone the promises 50!

    After I have contacted them, being apologetic and making all sort of excuses and offering percentage partial refund,

    Very appalling service, on-organised and confuse company that ignoring the importance of customer’s expectation for special occasion as people who order flowers online might be desperate, zero customer service ethics, dishonest, seeing thing from their own prospective and still making things up to get away from the fact that did not deliver the correct flowers,

    Very unpleasant experience, I certainly make sure my review would be spread on other
    social media and platform as well,

    If bad customer service or bad customer experience had another name that would be Myflowers!

    still fighting for my refund from the 4th Feb ,flowers shocking complained on the day they were delivered still waiting for them to reply to emails and what’s app messages .expensive for cheap small bunch flowers no photo sent or I would have refused. SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
