    Customer service
    I have to say following a delay in my order being delated I was contacted by customer service agent called sophie. I have to say she went above a beyond to compensate me sending a replacement of higher value and included chocolates as an extra. Flowers received were beautiful . Thank you soo much sophie. You are an asset to the company many thanks

    My flowers white and pink roses with purple flowers in between
    The flowers delivered next day were very beautiful and my daughter A D O R E D them

    I ordered flowers from Pakistan for my Husband who lives in UK and I had an amazing experience with this company. The flowers were delivered the next day (just like I wanted) and they were extremely fresh and in perfect condition. My husband was super happy and I would love to order again from them!

    Scam. Avoid.
    If you want to save your money and yourself from disappointment, never ever use this company. I ordered flowers for next day delivery which their website allowed the chosen delivery date until after the payment was processed that a confirmation email was sent saying it will be delivered 1 day after the chosen date – at this point, it’s too late to cancel the order. So 2 days have passed and still no flowers delivered. It arrived on the 3rd day which was already too late for the occasion.
    I spoke to their WhatsApp customer service team who apologetically offered 15% discount on the next order which was ridiculous because a 15% off is also offered on their website. I thought this whole thing was a joke and they were firm that no refund will be offered as the flowers were delivered anyway. What a complete waste of time and money. Misleading and scammy.. avoid at all cost.

    1. An utterly disgraceful company. I feel I have been scammed in choosing this site; please rethink ordering from here.
      The flower quality is so poor and the site does not mention a catchment area. Unless you live in London, your flowers will be delivered through the letterbox, which is not advertised on site.
      For such extortionate prices, you can purchase a much better quality bouquet from an independent florist. I am sorely disappointed and the customer service I received upon complaining was horrendous. The deliberate ignorance of the replies makes it clear the company has little consideration for customers.
      Please buy elsewhere to avoid the same disappointment I have experienced.

    Lovely flowers and great service and communication.
    When I ordered the flowers for delivery the day I requested was approved by the website but I got an email within an hour saying that they can’t delivery the same same and apologised for the mix up stating that the delivery date should not have been allowed and to make up for the mistake they upgraded the bouquet and sent it out for next day delivery Great service and communication would use again.

    Beautiful flowers and very accommodating!
    When I ordered the flowers for delivery the day I requested was approved by the website but I got an email very quickly at a very late hour apologizing for the mix up stating that the delivery date should not have been allowed and to make up for the mistake they upgraded the bouquet and sent it out at the earliest time they could. Great and very kind service!

    Speed...
    I was impressed with the speed….
    I placed an order after midnight and it was delivered in the morning. You also get a photo of your order. Good stuff 👍🏼.

    Undelivered order
    I am actually quite disgusted by the service or should I say the absence of any service!!! I tried to give 0 stars but it wouldnt let me!! I ordered my flowers on Sunday specifically because they delivered on Sunday as it was my best friend’s 40th Birthday, stating 3hour delivery which I paid an additional £6 totalling £49.90!! The flowers didn’t turn up and the next morning I woke to a text saying unfortunately they were unable to deliver and to get in touch to redeliver which I did. They offered a complimentary gift to send with my order which I chose and booked another slot. This time I let my friends husband know that they were going to be delivered and he waited all afternoon evening and night and at 11.49pm I receive a text saying they have been delivered!? Yet they haven’t been received and he checks his ring doorbell and security cameras and no one even came to the door. I have since sent emails asking what has happened and have been told that I could get 20% of my next order for the inconvenience….but what about the money I paid for this order and the no show on flowers?? Now am not receing any response to emails and have asked for a full refund again no response. Absolutely disgusting never never will I use these scammers again and I would strongly recommend no one else does! Has been way more hassle than it was worth!!!!

    They will steal your money
    My boyfriend is in Dubai he wanted to surprise me sending me flowers, he paid for fast delivery on Saturday 11, and they never got me the flowers I called them Monday and they said they had lots of orders and they couldn’t deliver it (why do you take someone’s money if you can’t deliver it why do you charge for fast deliver if you can’t ) they told me on Monday they will deliver it the day after tomorrow (Wednesday) I contact them today (a day after they promise to get me the flowers) because again I didn’t got them, and the girl who answered the phone was the meanest person, sarcastic and hung up the phone when I said this was the worst service I ever gotten, this is the worst flower shop ever poorly managed and rude customer service
