No Christmas present- no compensation- no clue
Told me they could deliver two phones in time for Christmas- then they never arrived in time! Ended up cancelling both phones – they turned up at my house in January!

Can't reach them
I just can’t seem to reach them when I have a question, this is the third time already this has happened. Not good, not happy at all.
