When I reached out to them stating that I have been at home and there was no leaflet left the team member just told me that I can collect it from Glasgow depot on Saturday. I mean seriously!!!!! Flowers 2 days later??? That’s there service for £53
It’s my birthday and all I have been doing is following up with these guys. The last call they told me that I should check their website every hour till 5 pm and maybe the driver will deliver it to nearest post office. I don’t even understand how the hell have they been pulling off such a scam.

My son wasn’t with me Monday and therefore couldn’t take the flowers to his mums. He was extremely upset about this.
The flowers were in a box and upon opening the box, it was apparent they were dry, wilting, under fed and had no water. They looked dreadful.
Upon contacting MyFlowers, they said sorry but only offered 30% discount off my next order. Despite me asking for a full refund.
Since then, we have been engaged in email dispute and they are now ignoring me. They still haven’t compensated me or refunded my money.
I basically spent £54 on half dead, thirsty flowers that were delivered over 24hrs late for the occasion for which they were ordered.
Shocking customer service.
The fact they are now not responding to my emails is also shocking. Ruined mothers day for my son and ex and quite frankly, it appears they couldn’t give 2 hoots…
I’d avoid using this company if I were you. Unreliable, undeniably ignorant and poor customer service.
